IV DECISIÓN Por las razones de hecho y de derecho expuestas, este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SAN CARLOS Y RÓMULO GALLEGOS, TINACO Y LIMA BLANCO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO COJEDES, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, no habiendo oposición y sin perjuicios de terceros de igual o mejores derechos, declara bastantes y suficientes las probanzas evacuadas para acreditar a losciudadanos LESVIA JOSEFINA QUIÑONES MIRELES, OMAIRA COROMOTO QUIÑONES MIRELES, JOSE JOAQUIN QUIÑONES MIRELES, NERSO RAUL QUIÑONES MIRELES Y CARLOS ANTONIO QUIÑONES MIRELES, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad NrosV-13.182.844, V- 9.539.247, V- 10.324.268, V- 10.987.798 Y V- 10.987.799, respectivamenteen la cualidad de UNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS con vocación hereditaria sobre el acervo de los bienes del fallecidoJOSE GREGORIO QUIÑONES(+)venezolano, .....
