Se admite cuanto ha lugar en derecho. Previa lectura acordada por Secretaría y estando conforme por los manifestantes, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, AGRARIO, TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO COJEDES, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley, declara SEPARADOS DE CUERPOS, a los cónyuges anteriormente nombrados, bajo las condiciones estipuladas en el citado escrito.
